Who do I contact for technical assistance with the site?

All technical issues and questions must be submitted using the technical support form. Once your issue has been reviewed, someone from the technical team will contact you.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Because passwords are reset using email addresses on file, only users with email addresses on file can reset their password using the online system. This is why you are prompted to enter your email address if you have not done so.

  • Coach – If you are a coach, your password and username are both the same as your pin number. Your pin is in all caps.
  • Official – If you are an official, your password should be the same on the new site as it was on the old one. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to contact the WVSSAC using the password reset form to request that they reset your password. Note: If you have never logged into the existing website and set up a password, your password will either be your registration number (no hyphens, spaces or dashes, in all caps) or the zip code that you used to register on Arbiter.
  • School Administrator – These passwords can only be reset using the email address on file. If you have not entered an email address, you will need to contact the WVSSAC using the password reset form to reset your password.
  • Board of Education – These passwords can only be reset using the email address on file. If you have not entered an email address, you will need to contact the WVSSAC using the password reset form to reset your password.

NOTE: Only one email address can be associated with a particular account, and the email to reset the password will be sent to that email address.

Can the WVSSAC staff tell me my password?

No. Just like on any other website that requires a username and password (Facebook, email, etc.), your password is not visible to you or anyone else. While the WVSSAC staff can reset your password, they cannot under any circumstance view your current password.
