Welcome to WVSSAC!
Welcome to the WVSSAC Website. This site is divided
into a public site and a password protected site for
administrators, coaches and officials. The general
public can view schedules, football rankings, rosters, The
Interscholastic, coaches education, official registration,
state tournament history and sports medicine. The
Sports Medicine tab will provide current information on
concussions, heat acclimatization, MRSA and other topics
pertinent to protecting the welfare of all participants.
The password protected site
allows administrators to input data concerning eligibility,
schedules, scores, rosters, school directory, sanctioning of
events and other information necessary to effectively
communicate between this office and member schools.
Officials file special reports, apply for tournament
assignments and game reports while coaches evaluate
officials inside their password sites.
This website continues to
evolve as new ideas are suggested. Our goal is to keep
everyone updated and communicate information in a timely
fashion.

Procedure for Obtaining Answers
to Eligibility Questions
The WVSSAC office and staff
members
do not
respond to
e-mail messages. To avoid
any misunderstanding, confusion
or delay, all questions
regarding the eligibility of a student/athlete by their parent/s
or coach should be directed through the Athletic Director or
Principal. The Athletic Director should then gather all
information necessary and call or write the WVSSAC.
By following this path of communication, it is hoped that a more
timely ruling can be made.

Staunton Turnpike. Exit. Turn left off exit. It is about
1/4 mile on the left. Green state road sign at
driveway, WVSSAC on front of building. If you get to WVU-Parkersburg, you have gone too far.
