Preferably retired or inactive officials that have officiated in the state of WV. Our fax number is (304)428-5431, Roberta’s e-mail address is Roberta.Newton@wvssac.org. Observers must attend a clinic in their sport or they shall not receive a card for that season. Local observers shall perform duties only for their local board members, and that the WVSSAC office, in consultation with the clinician, for each sport may designate state wide observers.
