This form is to be
used to report any matter concerning WVSSAC athletic
contests that merits the attention of the school
principal. It shall be used to report phases of the
athletic program which the school should immediately
attempt to improve. It may also be used to report an
exceptionally good job of game administration. All
instances involving unsportsmanlike conduct on the
part of coaches, players or fans shall be reported
on this form. This includes technical fouls assessed
against a team in compliance with the Coaches’ Bench
Decorum Rule. This report must be filed by the
official within twenty-four hours following the
incident. Prompt reporting of problems will help
prevent serious incidents.
This form shall be filled
out
and e-mailed to the WVSSAC and offending school.
