SUBJECT: On Line Services
On
January 2, 2008, Special Reports may be filed on
line. These reports will be accepted as before in
writing within 24 hours of the incident, but new
technology is allowing us to offer this service to our
officials.
When
you hit the submit button at the bottom of the form it
will automatically send a copy to the WVSSAC office
and the school principal. You will be able to submit
a special report to either or both schools depending
upon your report. Reports for unsporting behavior,
ejections or even a positive message can be sent for
exemplary behavior. Drop down boxes have been added
to the form for your assistance.

Instructions
- Go to
www.wvssac.org
- Click Admin Login (Upper
right hand corner)
- Click Officials Click
Here
- Log in Name (registration
number of the sport)
- Password – If you have
NEVER entered the site your zip code will work, then
create your individual password.
- Select sport (must be the
same sport with registration number at log in, If in
multiple boards must use specific registration
number of that board)
- At menu select Enter
Special Report
- Fill out report
- Click Submit Button
- Reports are now on their
way
