Interested Parties:

The WVSSAC is seeking bids for the Official Sports’ Photographer for all state championship events. The contact will be for three school years with two single year options if all parties are satisfied. The contract will begin September 15, 2008 thru August 31, 2011 with 2011-12 and 2012-13 option years.

Elements of the contact by the WVSSAC will include:

v Web Site link

v Announcements at tournament events

v Display table

v Message board where applicable

v Black and white full page ad in programs

v Distribution of literature

v Banner at events provided by the company securing contract

Elements of the contract by the photographic company will include:

v Financial consideration to the WVSSAC

v Provide color action pictures 16” X 20” at least once during contract

of all levels of competition

v Provide staffing for display table

v Provide proof of insurance

The bid process will close on August 1, 2008. If you are interested, please submit a bid to the WVSSAC before 4:00 pm of that date.
